FTL Cesium Experiment

With all the excitment generated by the Faster-than-Light photon experiments,
Carezani and Autodynamics has had a explanations and predictions for such
things for years (See "Faster-than-Light Photons" by Carezani).
"Tail" A borrows energy from Cesium, recontructing the full signal B, that travels backwards at 300 c, arriving at C before crest O’of pulse O enters the chamber.
Autodynamics:
