The Pico-Graviton

Autodynamics has developed the hypothesis of gravity first published by Georges-Louis Le Sage (1724 -1803), a Newtonian writing shortly after Newton's death (1727). Both physicists viewed the cause of gravitation as being fundamentally particulate in nature. Newton never revealed whether gravity was a force that attracted or pushed, and nor did he believe that gravity was innate to matter. But he did postulate a particle, which he called a fluxion, suggesting that he was thinking along the lines of a particle that pushes. More than 300 hundred years has elapsed since Newton expounded his Law Of Universal Gravitation. During this time General Relativity has become the accepted paradigm for gravitation and yet science has learned how to generate all known fundamental forces, with the one exception of gravity. This state of affairs is begging science to reassess its understanding of gravity. The autodynamicist is offering unparalleled insights into the quantum workings of gravity based on Le Sage's corpuscular theory.

The Le Sage Theory Of Gravity
Le Sage's particle, the Ultramudane Corpuscle is unbiquitous. He attributed the following qualities to it:

  • It is of minute mass.
  • It travels at enormous speed.
  • It is completely inelastic.
  • It is attenuated by matter.

Today we consider these qualities to be quite mundane and the Le Sage corpuscle takes its place under the generic heading of graviton, along side the other gravitons of various hypotheses.

By itself this leave raises many questions.. However Carezani has developed the idea of absorption. The following animation is broken down into 3 stages. It shows how the Le Sage graviton would interact with two gross objects to cause gravitation if it were absorbed by matter. The arrows point the direction of corpuscle/graviton flux. The animation has three stages.

  • forces in all directions ( but a two dimensions diagram)
  • Then the flux of gravitons flowing only left and right shows how graviton absorption leads to a reduction in graviton density between A and B making them gravitate towards each other. Significantly, they are being pushed by the radiation pressure due to graviton flux.
  • The third stage shows the up and down flux.

Significantly, while the graviton has velocity, gravitation does not. Hence the instantaneity of Newton’s equation is explained.

Carezani has used this mechanism to develop Newton’s equation for Universal Gravitation by factoring into it the effects of mass increase over time due to Graviton absorption. This has produced startling results. This simple mechanism (The Pico-Graviton mechanism) explains many phenomena beyond conventional theory. For example it explains perihelion advance of all planets whilst answering several other questions. It has long been asked why the planets move in elliptical and not circular orbits? This is easily understood if the satellite’s mass is increasing. A mass increase will make an otherwise circular orbit go askew. But how does this mechanism explain the advance of the perihelion? Strictly speaking, it might not, but it is consistent with Newton’s equation for circular orbits. We know that the distance (r) between the centres of the two celestial bodies and the gravitational constant G, are for practical purposes constant. Newton’s equation, therefore, tells us that if the planet's mass increases, the satellites velocity must also increase. And if it’s velocity increases, its perihelion must advance. But why doesn’t the increase in mass increase the centrifugal force and sling-shot the satellite into space? It is worth noting that this can also be asked of other paradigms but Pico-Graviton mechanism offers an explanation. As the mass of the satellite increases not only does its centrifugal force but also its capacity to absorb gravitons. The result is an increase in radiation pressure from centripetally acting gravitons. And similarly, as the mass of the Star increases, so too does its capacity to absorb gravitons. The result is a reduction in radiation pressure from centrifugally acting gravitons. This understanding explains how celestial bodies maintain an orbit while increasing both velocity and density. And this is what is borne out in binary star systems. (Also see perihelion advance , Allais Anomaly, increasing distance of the Moon from the Earth, and the Pioneer Anomoly, and Lunar and planetary orbits. All of these are beyond both Newtonian and Einsteinian gravity.

The Pico-graviton is a veritable revolution in physics. Not only because, for the first time, it integrates the concept of the graviton with Newton's equation for Universal Gravitation but also because the mechanism is founded at the quantum level. The Einsteinian has never been unable to reconcile General Relativity with quantum physics. Carezani on the other hand, by using physical models, has found a physical basis for the equation Einstein used to calculate the anomalous orbit of Mecury, originally devised by Paul Gerber in 1898.
